1 - How to get to the island.

First the location and how to get to the island in the middle of the sea Step :
  1. The location of the island.
  2. Get to the nearest group to the island.
  3. Use Kaeya to freeze the water.
  4. After freeze the water use main character wind skill to expand Kaeya freeze skill. (Switch character and freeze the water until you reach the island)

2 - Uncover the secret of the uninhabited island.

After you have reach the island you will see a shadow of the sundial Shows in Step 2, nearby the shadow of the sundial (right side) have a breakable rock hidden with a Ragged Notebook shows in Step 3.

3 - Observe the shadow on the sundial.

After you have obtain Ragged Notebook, from the notebookyou will only see the cluster of wind start from 2AM until 5AM, set the time to 2AM shows in step 2, After set use you elemental vision to spot the cluster of wind by holding your mouse 3 total got 4 shows in step 3, 4, and 5, use the wind skill to disperse one of the 4 cluster of wind to proceed.

4 - Disperse the cluster of wind.

After you have disperse one of the cluster of wind, next you need to disperse all other 3.

5 - Scatter the deposit of wind.

After you have disperse all the cluster of wind, next use you wind skill at the middle of the island step 2, after use the boss will appear step 3.

6 - Pursue the eye of the storm.

After the boss ran away you will see wind blow to the top, follow the wind back to the stormbearer point shows in step 2, and 3.

7 - Search for the eye of the storm.

After you have reached the area point defeat all the monster show in step 2 and talk to Henry Morton optional shows in step 3, use your elemental vison(2AM to 5AM) to spot and disperse all the cluster of wind, after you disperse boss will appear shows in step 4, after defeat the boss talk to Henry Morton.
