In this post will shows you how to disable USB Mass Storage Device. To disable and not allow any pendrive or flash drive by using windows Registry Editor, but not included External Hard Disk.

1 - Navigate to to usbstor.
Refer How To Open Windows Registry Editor, After Registry open navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\USBSTOR.
2 - Double click on Start under USBSTOR.
From the list, double click on name Start, it will show a dialog, from the dialog at the value data change the value from 3 to 4 and press OK.
