Steps on how to replace Command Prompt with Windows PowerShells or Windows PowerShells to Command Prompt in the menu when you roght-click the start button or press Win key + X on windows 10.

1 - Go to Windows Settings.
Press Win + i to open your windows settings box, after open go to Personalization option from the grid list.
2 - Go to Taskbar Settings.
After you have open Personalization, go to Taskbar option at left bar list, after you have selected Taskbar, find the description of : Replace Command Prompt with Windows PowerShells in the menu when I right-click the start button or press Windows key + X, turn either on or off.
