How to - Use CMD/powershell to remove Wi-Fi Network.

In this post will shows you how to forget those WiFi network that you connected before, by using windows PowerShell or using command prompt(CMD).

1 - Open Windows PowerShell.

First locate your mouse to your Windows icon, and right click and choose Windows PowerShell (Admin).

2 - Show all wi-fi netowork that have connected before.

To show all Wi-Fi network that have connected before by typing in : netsh wlan show profile. It will a lists of Wi-Fi network that connected before, after that you may choose to remove or remove all.

3 - To remove a selected Wi-Fi network.

To remove a selected Wi-Fi network, you just need to enter the network name(SSID) according to the list or you can copy from the list and type in netsh wlan delete profile name=”tan

4 - After Delete selected Wi-Fi network.

After you have executed the command show wlan profile again you will not see just now selected Wi-Fi network in the list, it already been removed from the user profiles.

5 - To remove all Wi-Fi network from the list.

To remove all Wi-Fi network from the list, you just need to type in netsh wlan delete profile name=* i=*. Asterisk(*) means all.

6 - After Delete.

After you have executed the delete all command, again show wlan profile again, all user profile will be removed from the user profiles list.
